Shaun Boyle is a seasoned Commercial Manager at ASI with a sharp focus on delivering strong commercial outcomes for complex rail signalling and infrastructure projects.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and a Higher Certificate in Construction Economics. With nearly 10 years in construction and infrastructure, including six years with a Tier 1 contractor, Shaun has spent over five years specialising in rail and signalling works.

Shaun has been involved end-to-end on major rail projects — from tendering and procurement through to final account settlement. He brings particular strength in managing commercial challenges in live rail environments, including tight possessions, program delays, variations, and disruption claims.



His expertise covers strategic procurement, subcontract management, cost control, forecasting, and contract administration under high-pressure conditions. Known for his collaborative approach, Shaun works closely with delivery teams to support safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes.
